• Agencies are responsible for managing and updating their own and their pilgrims’ data.
• Pilgrims are responsible for keeping their profile details accurate and up to date.

All information displayed on the OnlyHajj app, including:

• Trip details
• Itineraries
• Accommodation & transport info
• Documents & services

is provided by your registered travel agency.

OnlyHajj acts only as a digital facilitator and is not liable for:

• Errors in trip schedules or accommodations
• Missed transportation or services
• Any financial, emotional, or physical loss caused due to incorrect information or service delays

4. Use of the App

By using the app, you agree:

• To use the platform only for lawful and intended purposes
• Not to misuse any features or interfere with platform functionality
• Not to share false documents or impersonate other users

5. Notifications

The app may send you alerts, reminders, and announcements based on your itinerary. These are for your convenience and should be verified with your agency in case of discrepancies.
